One step calcination process system

It is mainly applicable to direct heating and calcining gypsum with coal, gas and natural gas as heat sources and using post combustion gas.

Technological process: gypsum raw materials to be calcined are sent into the calciner by the feeder. Under the action of mechanical dispersion force and hot air generated by gas, the materials go through the process of dispersion, drying, calcination and high speed homogenization. The calcined gypsum is discharged from the discharge port. The tail gas is discharged out of the furnace after dust collection, and the collected gypsum is transported into the storage bin

Two step calcination process system
